The nurses here are absolutely lovely! I've seen Victoria and Fiona and they're both excellent. I'm not fond of needles but they always keep me distracted, and it's always nice talking to them. Thank you so much for being so wonderful!!

Struggled to get through on the phone... fill in numerous online forms and specify when NOT to contact you.... they without fail contact you when you've been asked not too. This involves having to have deeply personal and confidential conversations in work around colleagues. Or they call for 20 seconds and hang up and send you back to the queue again... This has been normal now for years.. feel little better than an inconvenience. Most tecent experience upon going into the surgery in person to try and get any kind of contact with a GP or any information at all after a month.. My experience made me feel like something you'd step in on the street.. One younger lady atleast smiled but quickly fled when i asked to book a GPappt.. another older lady comes in just barks well you need to fill in a form... ive done that a few times I ive not been called when i specified i thought this would be quicker... well i can only fill out a form aswell... well whats your name then... whats your date of birth then... well youll be called this afternoon then... BYE!! I understand it must be stressful in a empty surgery (today) but frankly that was an awful way to speak to any one let alone a patient... a smile or a kind word would have gone a long way for someone really struggling with depression. It's sad that dealing with health professionals just makes your mental health worse.

I had a phone call with this GP about symptoms of an illness I had already taken up with 111 the night before, who had instructed me to call my GP in the morning. In my call with the GP that morning, they told me to expect a call in the next 24 hours to follow up, but immediately after I hung up I was sent a text from the GP telling me that I was being classed as an "urgent" patient, but that they had reached their limit of "urgent" cases for the day so they just weren't going to follow up and that I should contact 111, who had already referred me to them? What does urgent mean if I can have an urgent illness that still isn't urgent enough to be followed up on? If my illness wasn't "urgent", would I have been seen? Is my problem that I was too ill?

Registering yourself is a mission. Registering your newborn is a mission. Registering your wife is a mission. Fill out these forms, then wait they say. Then wait more. Every time you ask someone in the surgery what you need to do to register they tell you different. Then it turns out you didn't need the forms, nor you needed to to wait... Then getting an appointment with your GP is a mission - use THIS app, NOT the NHS app, the OTHER one. You need to register with us then we give you a password. Then you can use this arbitrary website.... Every receptionist is giving you a completely different set of instructions... Then I am trying to get a GP appointment over the phone, but I can't, there is no option in the phone menu, the phone tells me to go online. Online there is only blood tests for me to book appointments for on that website with the password. Then I go and ask for a GP apt from the receptionist, then I'm told there is THIS OTHER WEBSITE now I need to go to. Then I'm like - never felt so lost like ever. Then I'm told you can't just book an appointment at the GP, you have to go online / even as I'm standing in the surgery. Then I'm told surely I'm good with tech, I can do this. WTAF? What a joke of a GP service! Still not been able to book a simple GP appointment. How did we get here?
