Absolutely shocking. Been waiting for 2 years about my bladder and 3 months for continued chest pain and how my pulse the other day was 131 as I checked it with an Omron. My mum also has a problem where she gets told she WILL be called the next day and hasn't been called. I haven't been to this doctors in 4 years. Last year I couldn't move at all and my dad had to move me as it hurt when I move. 7 days later I was fine and got an appointment the day I was fine. Not whilst I was struggling to even move. This surgery is appalling not to mention its low ratings. Treat your patients better.

I visited the the Cornlands Road surgery Monday morning with a problem I'd had a while but been putting off. I spoke to the receptionist and explained I couldn't get a call back or understand the online form. She helped me fill the form in. I got a call from Doctor Knight that same morning. The Doctor and lady on reception were excellent. Very helpful and symptathetic when I got upset. Thank you Priory

3x over 2 weeks family members have all been initially assessed as urgent and sent to 111, having made contact with GP before 3pm. Been told there are no appointments and is no urgent care at york hospital. So the latest: 111 called an ambulance when all was needed a telephone appt for pain meds. Do the maths - this GP wastes precious clinical time and money and is backwards.

If u don't have the right tone of voice you are accused of being abusive and aggressive. They will lie and cover each other's backs. They do not have full understanding of Neurodiversity, human rights law, equality laws. Quick to judge and are more often than not very defensive. You don't take complaints seriously, you are exstremely good at gas lighting those who complain and who you judge wrongly. Your staff are quick to judge and very defensive. Not sure we're customer service has gone. Don't bother with complaints as they do not read your letter and brush it under the carpet. Very quick to gas light, turn the tables on you. Stay well clear.

Always asking you to fill a form online then wait weeks to get a phone call, the form is not always relevant to what you need. Since changing to groups the surgery has gone down hill
