EXCELLENT!! Alex was extremely thorough and punctual in delivering the services required. He is super professional and we even had really good conversations. He did not mind helping me with some lamps (installing them) even though that was not the original plan ever since I bought the wrong ones (silly me). You can count on Alex whenever you need and you will not be disappointed!! Looking forward to seeing you soon Alex! Angel
ABM Completed our Electrical condition report for the sale of our house, we were really impressed with the service we received they left everywhere very clean & tidy and there was minimal disruption. They also replaced 2 light fittings and a broken socket, fantastic service all round very happy. Will definitely use again.
ABM Electrical was recommended to me by a friend, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Alex was reliable, punctual, and did a really great job on a full rewire of our home - everything was done as neatly and cleanly as possible. He was happy to very promptly follow-up with any queries we had, and communicated really well. Would definitely use ABM for future jobs!
We were recommended Alex by a contractor we've used for many years, so we emailed in September to see if he had availability, but did not get a response. When we spoke to the contractor to see if there was anyone else he could recommend, he spoke to Alex and said that he could do the work after passing us his phone number. When we contacted Alex on WhatsApp, he told us to just email so it could be confirmed. In total, we sent 4 emails to Alex with no response. On WhatsApp, he kept telling us to email. After waiting from September to December, he told us "There’s nothing I can do bye!!!" in a message when I chased. I do not know why he didn't say he didn't have availability and just strung us along for months. It was very unprofessional. I would not recommend trying to book with Alex as a result. Edit: As a response to Alex's message, not only did his fellow contractor speak to him on our behalf, I also provided screenshots of our emails to him on WhatsApp when he kept directing me to email. It's disingenuous of him to say that he thought our enquiries were not genuine. For whatever reason, he did not want my business which is disappointing.
Absolutely fabulous. Arrived very quickly got everything sorted. The chaps were so friendly and helpful. Throughly recommend 👌
