Fantastic service from Frankie at Bright Sparks of York! Frankie was quick to come round to take a look and provide a quote, and I didn’t have to wait long at all for the work to be carried out. He added a few extra plug sockets in a couple of rooms — all done with minimal disruption and to a really high standard. The price was great too. I’ll definitely use Bright Sparks of York again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Frankie to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled electrician.

I had Bright Sparks fit my Nest thermostat and couldn’t be happier with the job. From the first contact they were friendly, professional, and quick to respond. The engineer arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the setup was working perfectly before leaving. They even took the time to show me how to use all the smart features properly. Really tidy, efficient, and knowledgeable - it’s great to find a local company that takes pride in their work. Frankie did a great job installing some outside lights and came up with a clever solution so I could choose to have them on and also with a motion sensor, he talked me through exactly what he planned to do and it works perfectly, great communication, and did everything as agreed. I was so pleased I quickly had him back to sort out an issue with visible cables round a wall mounted TV and Soundbar, he also fitted under shelf lighting which looks great. As before great work, good at finding tricky solutions, on time and no mess. I’m a picky customer and couldn’t recommend Frankie too highly, absolutely delighted with the work he’s done for me!
