Me and my partner recently purchased apartment in Hungate York through Carter Jonas🤩 Kate Richards was with us through out the whole journey, from viewing to getting the keys. It took us about three months to finalise everything and Kate was always there for us 🥹 She answered every our question, linked us with seller and scheduled few more viewings, so we could take measurements for future interior solutions 🤓👩‍🎨 All in all, it was a great, smooth experience and I’m glad we chose Carter Jonas for our first purchase. Carter Jones of York handled our rental application back in May 2023. The process itself was made all the more easier by their procedures which though complex at times in order to comply with government regulations, caused us no concerns whatsoever. Everything was explained very carefully and the move into our new apartment happened exactly as and when it was supposed to. We have nothing but praise for their looking after our interests, just as much as for those of the landlords. There have been some staff changes since May '25 but Grace stands out for her success in easing our way through the paperwork and into our new home. Presently and for some time now, our day to day contact is with Jess and occasionally, Jess who as far as we are concerned, are the go-to ladies on a day to day basis. They are always so courteous and friendly. The perfect people on the end of the phone when an emergency might occur by way of a leaking tap or unserviceable cistern. They quietly get on and resolve such problems with ease. And lastly but by no means least is David Sinclair whom I believe line manages the 3 ladies in question. Although we have had little contact with David, we know that he is also as team player and always ensures that procedures are followed. Clearly, there is more to his job specs than that but at holiday and other times, he ensures to inform us of who we might need to contact in an emergency, whilst the office is closed for the duration. We have nothing but praise for both the Letting Agency in general and most certainly, David, Grace, Jess and Sally in particular! Thank you all.

I have used Carter Jonas in york for many years. As a landlord I use them for their understanding of the local property market and great service.
