City Lets Letting Agents York

We are a group of nine staying in a property which is ran by CityLets York. This property is a 4 beds house with 3 floors near the Railway Museum. All the rooms are very spacious and there are, 2 en-suite bedrooms, one bathroom and a closet. It also has direct access to a communal garden where you could enjoy some sun (or the British weather). The whole place are very well decorated in a trendy style with York the city as a theme. The agency has kept it very cleaned and well prepared with all the essential that one will expect. I particular like the complimentary cookies. We all feel very comfortable during the stay and had some lovely time. Moreover, the agency has provided us with an "over and above" services, especially on after care this time, because one of us left our passports behind. Sharon and Kim who then came to our rescue went well beyond my expectations to help us in a swiftly manner. I simply can't say thank you enough and a box of chocolate should be on its way to express my thankfulness.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the river Foss. Fabulous location for walking to all areas of central York.The restaurants and cafes nearby were brilliant. I would have given 5 stars but a little more care and attention to finer details re cleaning carpets and shower head not attached. Other than that would thoroughly recommend this company and apartment.

Leanne who works there is an lifesaving angel. We had a last minute let down from a landlord but she managed to source another property for us within 2 days. Had it not been for her efforts, we would have had to pay for an airbnb and whatnot. 100% recommended as first choice!

Beautiful apartment spotless, city lets people are friendly helpful and nothing to much trouble. The man who let us in the apartment was lovely told us what we needed to know . The lady who cleans the apartment was so nice friendly ,this apartment is in an ideal place minutes walk to shops,pubs,cafes,resteraunts,york minster,shambles,tour bus, the apartment was homely and comfy beds will be booking again and recommending to friends and famiy

Brilliant apartment & location and view is amazing with balcony looking over river just perfect. Us 4 girls loved it and will definitely rebook. Photos are view from balcony.
