Philip Proctor at Humberts, York makes the sometimes difficult process of buying or selling a property as painless as it can possibly be. He is an extremely experienced land agent who knows the market in North Yorkshire inside out, but he is also unfailingly enthusiastic and encouraging as well. Debbie, who runs the office is highly efficient and brilliantly helpful. Between them, everything is managed with great skill and old-fashioned courtesy. The firm recently sold a property for the family in Helmsley which sold quickly and well and we have another one with them. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else and cannot recommend Humberts, York more strongly. Absolutely 5 Stars from me, 6 if I could!

We have used the York Office of Humberts twice to buy and sell . On both occasions Philip Proctor and his lovely staff have been superb . They are really good at keeping tabs on the transactions after a sale/purchase is agreed. This is not so with an awful lot of other agents ! They make the whole process of house sales and purchase less stressful and we can highly recommend them.
