James, with support from Neil and Amy, did a great job at every step of the way, from valuation through viewings and on to negotiation and follow-through. Could not rate the experience I had with Lancaster Samms highly enough. Amy was unbelievably helpful and would always go the extra mile to help me out through what was a stressful experience at times. Amy would always check in with me & make sure she could help me in any way she could and made everything so much easier. Collecting the keys was such a relief and receiving a couple of moving in gifts from the team was lovely. I’ll definitely be using Lancaster Samms in the future and will highly recommend them to everyone.
