We recently purchased a house through Lancaster Samms & we can’t thank Elkie enough for her hard work & dedication in getting our sale across the line. I’m sure this wasn’t the most straightforward chain & it definitely came with plenty of hiccups - each one dealt with calm, care, patience & determination. We’ve experienced estate agents who do little to manage problems & issues in the sales progression process, but Elkie is completely solution focused. We felt communicated with at every stage & issues were always met with solutions. The reassurance & proactivity Elkie demonstrates is second to none. I’m honestly not sure that the chain would have stayed together had it not been for Elkie. We will absolutely recommend her to everyone. I’ve never met a more dedicated agent - thank you so much, Elkie. We’re incredibly grateful for all of your help in getting us into our new home.

Could not rate the experience I had with Lancaster Samms highly enough. Amy was unbelievably helpful and would always go the extra mile to help me out through what was a stressful experience at times. Amy would always check in with me & make sure she could help me in any way she could and made everything so much easier. Collecting the keys was such a relief and receiving a couple of moving in gifts from the team was lovely. I’ll definitely be using Lancaster Samms in the future and will highly recommend them to everyone.
