I wanted to take a moment to thank Angela and Harry at Martin & Co for their outstanding service. Angela looked after our property while we rented it out, and she was absolutely brilliant. She went above and beyond to organise tradespeople whenever anything needed attention, and made sure that everything was handled promptly and to a high standard. She also ensured our tenants were well looked after, which gave us real peace of mind. When it came time to sell the property, Harry managed the sale, and everything went perfectly smoothly from start to finish. I honestly can’t thank them both enough. I would highly recommend Angela, Harry, and the whole team at Martin & Co — they are exceptional!
Really impressed with the professional service I’ve received. Clear and precise communication and advice. Fees are very fair. Having returned to York after quite a long time, I needed to find a home for a year. Excellent service as always from M&Co York. We have rented from Angela and her team for nearly 3 years, and recently ended our contract to move to another property which is unfortunately not managed by them. Any issues - sorted quickly.
