Our experience with Holly and Price estate agents in general was fantastic. The excellent photos and videos of our property along with great social media promotion meant that we were able to accept an offer for our full asking price within 3 days of listing. The team were in constant communication through the sale process and on hand to assist with any concerns. I would highly recommend Price estate agents, and have done - friends of ours have also sold their property with the help of the team since!

Everyone we encountered through price were amazing. As soon as we had our valuation I knew we would sell through them. And we did very quickly. Their marketing was fantastic and communication was brilliant. Absolutely brilliant experience! Jack helped me sell my house faster then expected. From the start his knowledge of the local property market, strategic approach, and personal attention made all the difference! I had other estate agents come round, but Jack was the only one who genuinely focused on my home rather then bragging about sales figures or claiming to be the number one in the area. If you want a highly dedicated independent estate agent in Knaresborough who stays with you every step of the way, not just at the valuation or when the sale is agreed... We used Holly to sell our rental property. We were really happy with the advert for the property and the walk around video. Very impressive! The photos really did the property justice in comparison to another large estate agent we had used several months earlier. The house sold to the first person to view it so that was great. I did feel however that once we had agreed a price with the buyers the communication from Holly and her team was less efficient to what it had been. I had to chase them up on some occasions and some information i messaged them got missed. All quite minor things but never the less frustrating when you are paying for a service. I did email Holly to thank her after completion and also gave her some honest feedback about how I felt communication had lacked (as I know that constructive feedback is good way to improve) but I was disappointed that I did not recieve a response (despite being asked to provide feedback twice). I believe that they have employed an admin assistant since they sold my property so I hope this aspect has improved. All in all, Holly and Sophie were lovely people to deal with when I did speak to them and they sold my property quickly so in that respect we were happy customers. However, communication could've been better.
