We sold our Cheshire property through Savills and were delighted with the service. Since moving to Yorkshire we’ve been dealing with Jennifer and the team at the York office who have been excellent and very proactive in sourcing potential properties for us. There are lots of good independent estate agents in the area but only Savills and one other agent have been proactive in supporting our search. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Savills if you’re looking to sell or buy a property.
Mark and Jennifer were fantastic throughout the entire process of purchasing our home. They kept us updated at every stage and made everything run smoothly. Claire, who conducted our first viewing, was lovely and very knowledgeable about the property. Overall, a really positive experience — highly recommend.
