Unfortunately it wasn't working - I went to charge on the 12th Jan and had issues with the first plug, tried the second and had further issues. Rang customer service and spoke to Luke who was brilliant and saw the exact issue from his side. He tried rebooting it but it still didn't work so he helped me locate another charging spot that was literally around the corner. I'm not local so this was a huge help.

New store is a big mistake. Asking to self checkout with premium pricing is an own goal. Same number of staff having to defend the use of self service. I feel sorry for them, they can see it is stupid. I am a regular shopper here and you’ve just cut down my spend by 90% because it is now not premium, it is a commodity. No thanks. #owngoal BPs reply is excellent. That is superb customer relations. Please make the self service an “and” not a “must do”.

Although I couldn’t get the charger to work initially, I called the helpline, and the staff on the phone were exceptional at getting me charging. I went to McDonald’s for my tea, and by the time we got back we’d gone from nearly 0 to 100% charged in about 30-45 mins. Incredible! To reiterate, call if you have any issues, they are amazing on the phone!

Easy to see but lots of traffic & pedestrians. Not taking cards … £60 minimum hold seems excessive. Impressively fast charge though but premium price.

Only has CCS cables and my car is CHAdeMO so couldn't charge. On the plus side, at least it's easy to find the charger.
