Donna and the team recently did a fantastic job with my Dad’s funeral (crematorium ceremony only) arrangements. Supportive but straight to the point, they helped lessen the stress during a difficult time. No pressure sales during the planning and responded to every query efficiently. The team were excellent on the day. It was a lovely send off, many thanks guys.

Started off well, but soon went very wrong. The wrong coffin was used as they " didn't have availability for the one that was ordered ( we were not informed about this). Embalming was carried out & charged, without concent. The day before the funeral I visited the funeral directors to arrange the time we will bring the flowers. This is when they mentioned the wrong venue and time for the wake. Neither did they correctly confirm the full church service we had arranged and paid for before the crematorium. Since the whole shoddy experience, many other people have told us of the appalling service they received for their loved ones also. I would strongly advise to avoid Coop at all costs.

Sad to have to use the service twice in six months but they are absolutely fabulous! Brilliant support from beginning to the funeral itself. Warm professional and efficient and willing to offer help and advice at every stage. Extremely pleased with the service.

First class service! All possible requirements met within the restrictions of Covid-19. My late mother was treated with respect at all times and the family with sensitivity and kindness. Thank you.
