If your having to face and come to terms with your loved one battling an illness, I would highly recommend getting in touch with Hayley before or after you and your family go through the worst time of there life. When me and my brother got in touch with Hayley she guided and supported us in so many ways, I'm a week on from dad's funeral and all I think of is how she spoke of looking after the dead, I don't mean to upset reading this but to let you know she looked after my Dad with the greatest respect she made him look like a beautiful resting angle simple perfect and looking like he did before his illness. Apparently this is down to the care of the embalmer and boy did they make a good job I had no intention of seeing dad in the Chapel of rest till I saw the tears of joy from my brother. Hayley and her team made everything they could be perfect from start to finish and made my Dad smile from heaven down to the ideas carved on the coffin. If you want your loved one in a safe place being looked after till that day I'd highly recommend Hayley Owen... Thankyou so much for all you've done x

We contacted Hayley by phone in the early hours of the morning. She was very helpful from the get-go. Beth looked after us as a family whilst my husband was in their care. Reassuring us that we could call anytime and see him when we wanted. The communication was excellent throughout

The care and professionalism from Hayley’s staff has been Outstanding. Gary was the staff member who helped us sort the funeral with care and compassion and a lovely down to earth attitude which put us at ease straight away and meant it was easy to ask him any questions about the process. No request was too much. It was so comforting to know dad was in safe hands and we were also been gentle held in our grief and supported at every step. I’m so proud to live on the same street and to be able to call them neighbours. Thank you all.
