Chris Rymer and his team did a wonderful job taking such good care of our Father and organising such a lovely funeral. From the beginning we felt in professional but compassionate hands at a difficult time. J Rymer made a difficult process much more bearable and we would highly recommend them.

A faultless service. From my initial telephone call to instruct Rymers to take care of my Dad's funeral, the service received was outstanding. I cannot thank Emily enough for all her support and compassion she gave through the whole process. Emily took my initial phone call, met with my mum and myself several times at the funeral directors and came to my mum's home to make all the arrangements and was there at the Crematorium to ensure everything went to plan. The care and attention we received was so very greatly received. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, Emily was very quick to reply to my email queries and questions, everything was explained in meticulous detail and we were fully aware of all costs involved. Emily took the the time to ring and check in with us during the process and afterwards which we were very grateful for. The attention to detail was also outstanding. Thank you so very much.
