Louisa delivered a wonderful uplifting ceremony that celebrated the life of my wonderful mum Dot. A truly unique and personal ceremony that reflected everything of my mums personality. A true celebration of her life, rather than just a service that is pretty much 'text book'

Louisa made the very difficult experience of the death of my father that much easier. Her personalised tribute was so very different to other celebrants/funerals I have experienced but so very personal to me and my family. Everyone commented how lovely the service was and unlike anything they had ever experienced before. If you are looking for a celebrant I can’t recommend Louisa Starr highly enough with what she did for me and my family. A truly lovely person who will tailor everything to your individual needs.

Louisa Starr is an inspirational lady who shows and provides so much empathy and professionalism at a very sad time in someone's life. My dear husband Steve was not a religious man and so we wanted to make the service a celebration of his life. Louisa provided such great ideas for which we could tweak, amend or dismiss. Louisa is so so sensitive to our family at this very sad time.

We sadly lost our mum in September 2025 but the service that Louisa conducted for Mum in October 2025 was such a help to us all as a family to celebrate her life. Louisa was so kind and friendly and really took the time to find out all about Mum and understand what we wanted from the service. The amount of people that spoke to us afterwards, saying that it was such a beautiful service and really captured Mum’s personality and spirit, was amazing. We would recommend Louisa to anyone else needing this type of service. Thank you Louisa for making such a tough time more bearable and even allowing us to laugh and remember the good times ❤️

Louisa carried out a wonderful ceremony for our dear brother and brother in law respectively. She was really tuned in to how Pete was and how he lived his life. You really would think that she had known him personally. We were very touched by the time and effort that she took to understanding Pete’s life and how he lived it. We can’t thank Louisa enough for giving him the send off he really would have loved and deserved, it became almost a celebration of a life well lived.
