Charlotte the woman that you are!! **Chefs Kiss** I had an idea, a lot of words mixed with uncertainty and she knew exactly what I meant! How?? I have been disappointed so many times but various salons that my expectation were in hell but this girly pop turned everything around!! I promise you, you're not going to regret getting a hair cut at this salon. All the staff were extremely welcoming, smiles right from the start! My hair looks so good, the hair cut is so precise and so flattering! Charlotte - just what a girl needs to love her hair again!

First time at salon today. Louisa is an extremely skilled hairdresser, cutting technique and attention to detail was top class. I have short hair and it now looks a million times best. One of the best cuts I've had ever, if not the best (and I've had a lot!) Also, clean, spacious salon, very comfortable chair, friendly staff, professional not pretentious, lovely conversation, great hair wash. And very good value. All in all a brilliant experience. Just had my first haircut at KUDOS with a wonderful lady Lauren sooo lovely very welcoming very down to earth but wow very knowledgeable & professional we chatted she listened & I felt seen & heard She gave her opinion on the style that would suit my fine hair I said let’s do it I couldn’t be happier fabulous cut & she waved my hair too I came away feeling 10 years younger with a lovely modern haircut , lady’s of a certain age if you want a change for 2026 don’t wait JUST Do It…! The best hairdresser experience I've ever had: I came around spontaneously, and the hairstudio could arrange an appointment the same day. I had the luck to get my hair cut by Lauren - she listened and understood directly what my concerns and wishes were. She simply delivered! The result was perfect and better than I've hoped for. What a pity I do not live in York. Clear recommendation, also for all people with thin and wavy hair! Thank you so much!

I had my first visit. Four months ago, I had my hair dyed at a different place and I was looking for a new hairdresser. I talked to many hairdressers, but this one felt the best to me because a friend of mine had also gone there and her hair turned out amazingly beautiful. Before doing my hair, we talked and booked an appointment. Lauren was very attentive and always listened to me, really trying to understand exactly what I wanted—and the result was perfect. I will definitely be coming back.
