Very friendly and nice staff, they did a nice job for my boyfriend (We feel like they are more specialised in women hair but they definitely do a nice job). They are very welcoming which is very appreciated. Cost more on the premium side, this is our second time and we feel like it’s worth it.

Love coming here for my hair needs whether it's a root touch up, or foils with a cut, always professional service, and my hair always looks great. Really nice salon and friendly staff. You get what you pay for as with anything.

First professional hair cut and colour in about 5 years 😬.. great consultation with Holly and Ashley regarding colour and style. Beautiful relaxing surroundings, lovely head massage, came out absolutely delighted with my new hair! Love it! Not over styled, just perfectly natural and easily manageable. Lots of chat about what was being done, how to style at home, tips etc. Great experience and would thoroughly recommend. Thanks guys. Next appointment already booked!

Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience. I went in to my appointment very hopeful about getting my hair dyed a blonde balayage onto my natural brown hair and getting my money pieces removed. However, I left the salon with all of the top half of my hair dyed black and (I have brown hair) and tiny unnoticeable pieces of balayage only in the underneath which looked nothing like what I asked for. I understood that I couldn't get a result like the pictures that I had shown in the first appointment however the "expert" colourist could not even colour match the dye to my natural hair and left my hair looking like an unnatural wig on my head. All they had to do was dye the money pieces on the front brown nothing else. On top of this, the person who did my hair did not even know how to brush my curly hair properly. My hair was being yanked at the whole time being brushed straight from the roots downwards which is extremely difficult with my curly hair and ended up pulling out too much hair unnecessarily. The whole process felt so rushed and not done professionally and felt really overpriced for leaving with hair that I absolutely hated. Because of this I had went back to the same person to ask her to fix the whole top half of my hair and match it to the underneath as it was literally brown and blonde balayage underneath my hair but the top half was black?? They put in few foils on top of my hair took it out after 20 mins and I ended up having streaky ginger highlight looking thing on top of my head instead. Again, nothing that I had asked for I just gave up and accepted that my hair was ruined and will definitely never go back and I don't recommend it for people who have curly hair.

I’ve been going to Saks for many years and it’s always a pleasurable experience! I feel like I’m spoilt every visit with delicious drinks and wonderfully relaxing head massages. Bobbi who does my hair is lovely, very knowledgeable and understands what hairstyle/colour would suit me best. I never feel rushed out of the door and every team member is really nice, nothing is too much to ask! I always leave the salon feeling happy and refreshed - thank you to everyone at Saks!
