I'd not been to the salon for sometime due to moving and didn't have an appointment. However I was greeted warmly and an appointment sorted straight away with Sam. He made me feel very comfortable and the whole process from shampoo to finish was amazing. When I met up with my friends later they all commented on how lovely my hair looked.

Lovely experience at Toni & Guy. From the moment I arrived, I was looked after and made to feel welcome. I was nervous as hadn’t had my hair cut for a long time but Mia was lovely and listened to my anxieties and talked me through options and throughout the cutting and styling made me feel so comfortable. The massage chair and glass of prosecco were brilliant too and just added to the whole experience. Already booked to go back

I went for a cut and finish and had no idea what I wanted. Greg, although newly qualified, was very kind to explain to me all my options and guided me to make my haircut decision. Throught the appointment he was very polite and cheerful. He offered a head massage which was very relaxing and enjoyable. I was very happy with my final result. Would definitely recomend. The lady at the reception seemed like she was not in a particularly good mood but I guess we all have our bad days which is understandable.

A huge thank you to Oksana for doing such a fab job of my hair! I haven’t been to the hairdressers in a while, after mine shut, so a hair cut was overdue! She cut my hair into a lovely bob hair cut and was so kind and attentive to me. I will definitely be back ☺️

My mum had her hair cut here in a year, her first cut and style post chemo with Cam, he was wonderful, took his time, very thorough; mum left feeling really pampered and loving her new hair. She has booked in with him again, Thank you Cam.
