Alice has wanted her hair keratin treated for some time but we wanted to wait until after she was of age and her hair had a break from heat. After consultation and explaining Alice's varying SENs, Sadie reassured Alice that she'll be fine and worked with her to accommodate her little nuances. She sat so well for Sadie, nearly five hours in the chair and it came out beautifully. Of course it reverts to curly when washed but easier to style curly or straight. I had a wonderful first appointment with Sadie today. She made me feel so welcome and my hair looks stunning.
