The Boiler Doctor

The Boiler Doctor sent a service appointment reminder email with a link to his website for me to choose a suitable date and time for him to service my boiler which I completed. I also sent an email asking him to fit a towel radiator (supplied by me) in place of an existing central heating radiator in my ensuite which he agreed to do with the service. Steve and his assistant Kyle turned up on time and Steve replaced the ensuite radiator with the towel rail and Kyle did the servicing of the boiler. Steve had to put a kink in the central heating pipework to line it up with the new towel rail fitting. Steve also agreed to video himself removing the radiator and fitting the towel rail to send to me as a guide for when I planned to replace the bathroom radiator with a towel rail hopefully next year. I was satisfied with all the work done by the team and they cleaned up afterwards and left everything neat and tidy. I will definitely be using them again.

Steve was fantastic. What should have been a simple boiler repair turned a bit more complex when it was discovered we had an electrical problem going on as well, but Steve provided us with heaters when it turned out it wasn't going to be a single day job and only charged us for a single days work despite the whole process taking multiple. I can thoroughly recommend the Boiler Doctor - I'm not certain you could find a more honest or dedicated tradesman.

We have used the Boiler Doctor since 2022. They are efficient, reliable, very personable, and helpful. The arrive on time, do the job efficently and quickly, clear up after themselves. We feel fortunate to have such a good plumber and central heating expert on call. They replaced our boiler in 2022, have serviced it several times since then, and have successfully fixed a number of small issues around radiators. They also wrok in partnership with an electrician who replaced our smoke alarms last year. Very highly recommended.

Steve from boiler doctor come highly recommended to fit my new boiler which had seen better days. Steve come to see the job on Sunday the 14th of December, phoned me on the Monday the 15th with a quote which i accepted and Steve and his co worker Kyle carried out the work on Friday the 19th of December. They did the job very professional told me what they was doing every step of the way, once finished they tidied up after them self's. All done in the day. I would recommend this company 100% absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Already on the list for a service in a years time, also going to service my daughters boiler. Like i say this guy Steve from Boiler Doctor is one of the best trade guys i have used over the years Definitely 100 % service.

My boiler was dropping preasure all the time, so i calle the boiler doctor and he said it needed a service. There was constant communication between booking and the day of the booking (which was great as it seems a lot of trades in general just dont turn up). I was given a time slot, and they actually turned up early, really nice guys to talk to and deal with. Also told me everything they were doing and took multiple photos of each step. Price was reasonable and they were done pretty quick. Problem was also fixed like they said it would be. Highly recommend and will use again. Thanks guys
