Worst insurance company EVER! I sent them my phone and paid the excess fee along with this. When they received my phone they sent me a replacement back to use. When the phone came it came in SPANISH, and someone's apple id was still logged into the phone along with there pictures and the phone was faulty kept turning on and off by itself. When I phoned the company back they said it was an error and they apologise and asked for me to send the phone back to them. I have send the phone back and awaiting for them to send another. I can't believe this whole process has taken a whole month. 1 month without a phone. 1 month in me loosing money! And I'm still here waiting when they have already confirmed they have received the phone back! Once I get my phone from them I shall be cancelling my insurance and opening up with another company. This service i have received was appauling. If u could give no stars I would have done that lol but seeing as you have to put a minimum 1 that's all they will get! NEVER USE AGAIN!
Have charged me for insurance that I believed ended along with my phone contract with T-Mobile. My fault for not noticing this money leaving my account perhaps, completely dishonest of them to not rebate me the money. Deal with them at your peril.
Despite telling them 2 years ago.that I no longer have the phone on their policy, I now have received a policy update which shows they are still. arging me... great service... not......
