Elliot Readman at NFU has been excellent from our first meeting with him. We have now been with NFU for several years and feel confident being insured with NFU with their great reputation. We had a claim which was not our fault and was dealt with efficiently with the minimum of stress to us. We would highly recommend Elliot and NFU.

The service that I received today from Emma Riley in the York office was excellent. I needed help with an email that I had lost linking to a claim that we have ongoing. Having explained this to Emma yesterday, her response was outstanding. A full explanation and review of the issues was given to me today that sorted out the issue that I had. Emma has a positive and friendly approach, as is the case with all NFU staff. It is so reassuring to receive such service from a real and pleasant person. This beats any amount of a form filling on the Internet. 5 star service Thank you

No, NFU are not the cheapest, but I know everyones name in the local office and they know me. I have had to claim twice and both times they were efficient and caring. Emma in the York office is a real bonus to the team, very professional and friendly too.
