Creases Away Ironing Service - York - North Yorkshire

Maybe sad, but having my ironing done by Creases Away is one of the best decisions I have ever made. It is a fantastic and extremely efficient service and Karen does whatever she can to fit in with your requirements. I couldn't recommend highly enough. Love it!!

I used Creases Away for some shirts , On the last occassion I waited nearly two months for the shirts to return .On explanation I completely understood , On eventually recieving I took just a week to make payment . This was due to having every minute of every day taken up with the Care of two Elderly people . On the Company phoneing three or four times in which I was allways in the process of talking to a Doctor , a Social Worker ,trying to book a Covid Jab for two Elderly people the list is exhausting and the late payment was really due to extreme circumstances ,Aweek is not late I was told I would go to court , they would come round to a house that belongs to ill old people ,not myself . The price of doing the shirts which had been timed and quoted a price for two every half hour or so crept up every time I deducted three pound as I believe the attitude and increase was not as stated in the begining . I am sorry it came to this , but as any business , when no invoice or reciept , a week is not long and the insistance of cash when I dont drive , or have a cash point locally would have been impossible at any time, and like allways with people no real understanding .I literally had no time to log on to the internet to pay , this was not I am afraid a priority over what I was doing and I was exhausted

Karen and Tony are a god send, my husband likes to wear shirts, which were very time consuming to iron, we started on an adhoc basis calling them when ironing had reached biblical proportions, until we figured out our needs with the help of Karen and now they pick up and deliver once a fortnight they are friendly, efficient, accommodating and good value for money, they genuinely care about their customers.
