I was impressed and grateful for the exceptional service offered by the Manager running the laundrette today. From the moment I entered he offered to assist me arrange my self-service wash & dry including providing change of coins. A positive experience which you don’t always expect from a laundrette. I would highly recommend!
A really good service. I wash my duvets here every summer/winter when I change the duvets over. The people are so friendly, the launderette is clean and the prices are reasonable.
This was an excellent place to use due to Muhammad's welcome and advice. Parking in York is horrendous but nearby is Juipar Spice parking but it is cash only. Pay at the right hand side of the entrance at the end of the driveway 3£ coins only. Once again thank you Muhammad. I hope this helps alleviate frustrations
My nephew and I came here to wash our clothes while we were in York. We weren’t sure how to work the washers and dryers, and we got all the help we needed with both! The couple that owns this laundrette are so KIND!! I just can’t say enough! We didn’t realize that they closed at 4pm, and we started one more load in the dryer around 3:55pm. They stayed open for us just so we could get that one load dried! We had so much fun talking with them during this time. We never would’ve thought that a trip to a laundrette would be one of the highlights of our visit to York, but it certainly was! Thank you both for your kindness, generosity, and our clean clothes!!
Dry cleaners did the job. As you may expect some of the tougher stains weren't able to be lifted and a button was cracked in the process so can't give it 5 stars but prices and service was good. The staff are nice.
