I didn't realize that it was outdoors in a parking lot until I got there, but that was fine. It was easy to use, and open 24hrs. The only downside is that, while there are two washers, there is only one dryer.

Absolutely terrible experience. I spent £11 on the washer and £7 on the dryers, and both were a complete waste of money. The washing machine didn’t clean properly — it seemed like no detergent was used at all. The dryer was just spinning with barely any heat, so my clothes were still damp even after paying full price. Really disappointed — poor quality machines and not worth the time or money.

The machine became out of order part way through the washing cycle. I emailed for a £13.50 refund but the email address bounced back undeliverable. So I tried to call the customer service helpline and number is out of service. I therefore tried to use their online form but this wasn't working either! Shocking. Do not use these machines!

Not happy. Very expensive compared to other laundromats. Our machine didn’t spin the cloths properly and they were wringing wet when the cycle finished. We had to wring them out by hand before we put them in the dryer. Same happened with our other washing when we took the jeans out. Wouldn’t use this facility again.

Poor spin cycle. Very wet clothes at end. There is a phone number which just tells you to visit website. On website you can contact them but it's in French (I think) no option for UK customer service or English in contact me section. There is another number but not UK.
