Our front door lock froze in an open position. I reached out to Mel on WhatsApp and she answered within 5 minutes! Even though it wasn't an emergency she managed to squeeze us in for the next day (at my request). On the day she was super flexible and accommodating around our baby's nap times. On the day she was super efficient and professional, explained what needed to be done (change the full lock system on the door) and we chose which security level we wanted. She had all the parts needed with her, and changed everything on the spot. Pricing was clear. We were super pleased and felt in very good hands. She sorted our problem super professionally and fast, which gave us real peace of mind. Super helpful and we will definitely go back to her next time! Highly recommend. Thanks!

My ground floor window lock was broken . I found Dr Locks and messaged Mel. She responded in person within 10 minutes , gave me a price to repair and arranged for someone to come later the same day. Dean fixed the lock within 10 minutes. Job done . I am so impressed with the service , the response and the price for the job. Amazing Team

Had some work done earlier this week and it was such a good customer experience. Mel is the best, straight forward and easy to work with! 30x better than my experience with Lockfix
