Our front door lock froze in an open position. I reached out to Mel on WhatsApp and she answered within 5 minutes! Even though it wasn't an emergency she managed to squeeze us in for the next day (at my request). On the day she was super flexible and accommodating around our baby's nap times. On the day she was super efficient and professional, explained what needed to be done (change the full lock system on the door) and we chose which security level we wanted. She had all the parts needed with her, and changed everything on the spot. Pricing was clear. We were super pleased and felt in very good hands. My ground floor window lock was broken . I found Dr Locks and messaged Mel. She responded in person within 10 minutes , gave me a price to repair and arranged for someone to come later the same day.
