I would advise anyone to avoid this place for watch repair as they appear to lack the appropriate skills needed for proper service. I spent £25 to replace a battery and my (vintage) watch was returned to me with deep scratches and dents to the caseback, along with the cover improperly screwed on (not shown in pictures). I Later went to a local business who fixed the cover, but could not fix the damage done by careless workmanship.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. Stood there waiting ages and staff were incompetent. Eventually asked for standard watch battery and the staff member "couldn't find my watch on the computer" and therefore would have to charge me £20! £20 for a watch battery!! No thanks. Went down the road to and an independent did it for a fiver.
Excellent service, especially from Carl. When I was having an issue with work keys after someone losing a set, you personally saw through that I got replacements and ensured they work properly. You probably saved my job, and ensured we had enough replacements incase another set goes walk-abouts again.
I have visited this shop a month ago to copy my flat key which they claimed was possible , so far I have been back and forth to them 6 times to get the copy adjusted and it’s still not working.
