Excellent service. Called on the day appointment the same day. Problems with traffic but got a call to keep me updated, still Timely and arrived not long after our appointment time. Super friendly and efficient, I would highly recommend. Very pleased and impressed. Great customer service. Thanks so much.
David was great! I messaged him on the evening and he got back to me straight away. He came the next day and the time he said he was going to come. He was very efficient and got the job done. It was a bit more of a job than what we first expected but he managed to fix it there and then. Put me a new lock on and provided me with 5 keys. I would highly recommend David!

David arrived earlier than expected, friendly manner, sorted our issue (snapped key in lock) & replaced with a better lock for reasonable price…job done & satisfied customer! Cheers!!
David came within a couple of hours to fix the lock on my parents door and was even earlier then the time he originally advised. It was a reasonable price for the type of lock he had to replace it with and It only took him a short time, what was even better was the no emergency call out fee. Will definitely use again
