Wanted to leave a fabulous review for Alison at the York store who gave my 6 year old a little treat with file, cuticles and polish. She explained every step what and why she was doing it which my little one loved we would definitely return for when mummy had more time too!
DO NOT get your eyebrows done here, they completely ignore your requests and they do not feel professional at all. My eyebrows are uneven and the left is more arched that the other. I requested a STRAIGHT brow and she gives me THE ARCHEST brow possible. Very rough handling of my face and brows when cleaning the hairs and I literally have a BALD patch on my left eyebrow. Felt as if the woman was just laughing throughout the process and wanted me out so fast. I now am very unconfident in my image and now have to wait ages till they grow out again to fix them. Such a waste of money of £10 and the service was horrible. I really do not recommend unless you want 0 star eyebrows, confidence issues, and being disrespected throughout the whole process.
Schedules and opening times need to be advertised. The salon says that it's open on Sundays, but when I got there I was told that the nail technician isn't available until Tuesdays. This would be fine if I'd known in advance, but the website and a flyer I received make it seem like all services are available during opening hours.
Love my gel manicure, no chips at all after nearly two weeks! Lovely staff. Will be returning.
