First time going and getting my nails done and I had gotten gel and short length design today. The place was welcoming and the staff were fast paced with getting me seated and sorted out. They understood exactly what I wanted and liked and were very straight forward and got the job done. Will be coming here again in the future.

Had absolutely worst experience Staff is so rude. Went for infills and I showed a picture and was told this is ombre style so need to pay 38£ which is fine but it didn’t turn out to be like the picture that i showed neither does it look ombre, it looks like i got a gel nail polish done Moreover, i was swapped between 3 different staffs , 2 of them didn’t know English at all and it was so hard to communicate, i was trying to tell them that this doesn’t look ombre or maybe choose different color so we can see the ombré effect but he looked at me with blank expressions not understanding a word of English and kept talking to eachother in their language ( which is not a problem generally) but if you don’t pay attention to what the client wants how is that a good customer service The staff was so rough with me that my cuticle started bleeding and i flinched in pain and pulled my hand as a natural reflex and instead of letting go he pulled my finger and twisted my arm I left with bleeding cuticle The attitude of the staff was so so rude and its all 3 men who swapped Look at the inspo photo and look at the result I also want to say that my last 2 times with them were fine and i actually liked my nails but this time it was a whole different experience

Overall satisfied. No need to make a reservation, prices are reasonable, and the quality is moderate. Payment by card is available, but occasionally you may be asked to pay in cash.

Absolutely brilliant, my toes and feet were in a dire state and they have been transformed, I really enjoyed the water foot spa, massage chair and gel finish on my toes.

Worst nail extensions I have ever had(and I’ve had nail extensions in various salons for years which I’ve always been happy with) I absolutely hate them, they are so short,(stumpy!) badly shaped and two nails are wonky!! I showed a photo of what I wanted (my nails done elsewhere previously) and they still did them completely different (wrong!).I did say as soon as they cut the length, and throughout the ‘service’ that they were much too short(not much longer than my natural nails were) and not the right shape at all, but they just ignored me and said they would be ‘fine when finished’! I got swapped between different staff and even had to have a different nail colour than I had requested. When I said I was unhappy with result I was again ignored and asked to pay £38 cash(they would not take card). I feel they rushed me and gave no customer service at all. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning.
