Excellent customer service. There was a man working on 5/12/24 at around 00:15. Couldn’t be more helpful! Only went for ice cream and got out all the flavours and went through the options at the service window due to the main shop being shut overnight. Excellent!

Today around 21:40 PM I have been to Shell Station Hull Road YORK. I have asked member of staff if I can use the toilet but he said to me that I am not allowed and at the same time he let a taxi driver in, I said I am taxi driver as well. But answer me that he knows the other driver personally. I am taxi driver and being using this Station for the past 2 years at least tow wise a week. If that is how Shell treating their consumers in that's such un equal way, I will no longer be Shell consumer.

Small shop on site with average fuel station prices. A Costa machine in site. A free ATM outside. Fuel is a little higher than the supermarket average but not aggressively so. Staff generally pretty friendly a couple that let the team down but overall an average experience.
