Kudos to the Boots staff at Tang Hall Lane! They were very helpful in sourcing the rare prescription and genuinely cared about finding them for me at an affordable price. I really appreciate that!

I went to pick up my prescription from boots tang hall today and was asked for my name for the prescription. I was then waiting for a while, and to be asked by other staff if I had been seen to which I replied yes. The woman who asked me for my name, then told me that I was not being seen to and that she had not spoken to me which was completely untrue and my prescription was then given to me straight away. I am always met with an extremely rude atmosphere at Boots tang hall and now will be changing my pharmacy.

The blonde manager is such an obnoxious, rude person who seriously needs a few lessons in customer service! Either that or just change your job if you are lacking care and compassion.

Very poor customer service from the lady who answered my phone. There’s no need to be rude to your customers. Please try to be kind and professional. No need for that at all. Very disappointed in your service

After going on there yesterday because it's simply so hard to see a GP and I'm struggling mentally because of the issues .... The pharmacist there was so rude and un caring to my issue kept telling me what I was trying to take shouldnt be used recreationally ...after I repeated twice that it wasn't being used recreationally.. he made me feel like I was trying to get a pack and take them for fun disgusting personal customer service don't think I'll ever get advice or word from your pharmacist ever again
