Both my daughter & I attended for our flu vaccines on 17/10/25 & the lady who administered them was efficient, helpful & friendly. 10/10.

Went into to get a prescription which the doctor said should have arrived in today. The attitude on the woman who served us was absolutely disgusting and she stunk of cigarette smoke. If you think talking to me like that was okay just because you hadn’t received it you seriously need to check yourself

Just wanted to say that the lady that was working on Monday 24th June with the blonde bobbed hair with classes is a fabulous member of the team. I don’t normally come to this branch and didn’t catch her name but popped in with my little girl over an ailment she had for some advice. She was so lovely and helpful. We got sorted with the medication we needed with no problems and a smile

Closed for lunch, but not mentioned on listed opening times. Why would you not tell people this?

The worst customer service I have ever received. I know we are going through a pandemic however this is not the first time I have received bad service there. I went in today for to pick up a prescription that was forwarded from my doctor. I was stood outside 10 minutes waiting to get in in the first place then I stood inside for a good 15-20 minutes I was not acknowledged by any of the 4 staff that were working in the back there was 1 lady serving the customers and the other 3 in the back. Eventually the lady serving shouted one of the other members of staff out of the back, she came and took my details went to find my prescription. Waited another 5 mins to be told they didn't have it and I would have to order it for the following day. The customers service really is shocking in there the staff do not acknowledged you for quite a while and more often than not do not have the medicines to complete your prescription.
