Just popped in this morning Friday 14/11 for some advice on my nasal congestion. The young lady and the Pharmacist were extremely helpful and gave impeccable service. Sorry I didn't get your names but a huge thank you!

Amazing service and lovely polite friendly staff. Jason the pharmacist is amazing
First time that I have used the pharmacy for an injection . I booked the first appointment in the afternoon so that I wasn’t waiting with a recently pulled bad back . I was the next appointment , after a chat with others waiting , but when the pharmacist came for the next patient she said it was first come first served . The next person took in herself and three others plus a carer. They were all on around half an hour and I did query the point of making an appointment. Not happy that I had to wait so long when I had deliberately booked the first appointment . Luckily next injection is at the surgery opposite for some reason.
I have used this pharmacy for over three years and have always found them to be professional and understanding compared with other pharmacies used by friends , however ,since Mo arrived everything has stepped up in efficiency and entertainment. Mo is such a lovely person always trying to give the best customer care possible. I am pretty much housebound at the moment and it’s reassuring to know that my prescriptions are received and then delivered to me within a few hours. Yes there have been hiccups but they have stemmed from my GP surgery and have been rectified very quickly and professionally by Mo I have recommended Parker’s pharmacy to friends purely down to Mo’s customer interaction. I am seriously considering adopting him 😇 Review composed via voice recognition software
