Day Lewis Pharmacy York. Badger Hill + Weight Loss Clinic

From my experience having been a customer over 20 years. Experienced the customer service been very bad. I think that they have taken on people's comments and are really trying to make a difference. Over the last six months/ year I have been greeted with a smile and staff have been very polite and helpful much appreciated

I cannot understand the few negative reviews. I find all the assistants patient, helpful and thoroughly charming. No question is too much trouble for them to answer.

I have used this pharmacy for mary years now, Everyone has always been very pleasant and helpful. We'll done girls.

As a chemist it works fine, I have (mostly) been able to get my pills from here for the year I lived close by. What let's it down is some of the staff. It seems to be a needle in a haystack to get the nice members of staff and some of the others are just downright horrible. I called the pharmacy after my doctor asked me to get some information off of them and was shouted at on the phone and told to stop wasting their time. I have since changed pharmacies as I did not feel comfortable using their services after multiple bad experiences with a few members of staff.

Rude and unhelpful staff both on the phone and in person. Don’t always have prescriptions ready on time and expect you to come back. Just all round difficult to deal with so I have moved elsewhere.
