I have used this pharmacy for about a year. The text service is great to notify you when your prescription is ready and I never have any problems when I collect. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Would recommend

I've been a customer of this chemist for over 13 years, seen it's name change and ownership change but their staff and service has always remained the best. Prescriptions sorted fast, advice offered, flu jabs given, all with a smile and the warmth of a conversation. Staff change but they all follow the same culture of friendly, profesional and helpful service. I'm moving away and will miss this place, other chemists will have work hard to even come near the level of service I got in the Gillygate chemist.

Customer service is second to none and always a nice welcome. Always had really good service especially from Jo. Nobody wants to be visiting a chemist but I would recommend this one.

This pharmacy is amazing. All the staff are fantastic, Jo especially stands out as the anchor to an excellent customer service team. She routinely goes above and beyond for customers - on two occasions saving my bacon over missed/late repeat prescription requests. Such a friendly, well organised and efficient pharmacy. Thank you!!!
