Excellent experience with this business. Harry and his colleague were very professional, friendly and helpful. Installation looks great, very happy with new Ideal boiler and Halo thermostat. Very happy with pricing.
First time with HP but definitely not the last! Professional, friendly and competent in every way. We were visited by Joe Mcquade who carried out an annual boiler check and fitted a new kitchen tap. After some pretty shoddy treatment by Gas Engineers in the past this was pleasantly refreshing. Happy customer who will be back! Thank you.
6th year of Annual boiler service completed by Joe who arrived on time and was friendly and polite. Joe offered advice on boiler settings, was very helpful, knowledgeable and keen to do a good job. I have recommended HP Plumbing to members of my family who also use them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional service.
I am a bit of a control freak who much prefers doing things myself, but obviously not qualified to fit a boiler, so sometimes have to reluctantly get the pros in. Great comms with Lyla. Mark and Jack did a lovely neat job fitting a replacement combi, well organised and felt very trustworthy and that they wanted to do a good job. Will be my go to. Thanks, will recommend.
It’s rare that you can give a 5star rating these days but HP Plumbing deserve all 5. We had a new boiler and some radiators changed very recently and from the initial meet with Harry, through to the install, everything was smooth and pretty much exactly as expected. The guys were efficient, polite, clean and tidy and explained everything and answered any questions we had. Mention to Henry Jack and Dave who are great ambassadors for the company! Can’t really fault anything. Thanks Steve
