Had horrendous leaks from on en-suite shower room plus other plumbing issues that were dripping through the lounge ceiling and electrics. Adam responded very quickly and sent two lads round, Andy and apprentice, Harry. New shower installed. Bathroom taps and en-suite toilet cistern replaced. All work carried out to a very high standard. Clean and efficient by a professional team. Would highly recommend.

We would happily recommend Adam and Pura. He was one of only 2 plumbers out of 15 contacted who turned up to quote and quoted for our full bathroom make over. Having accepted the quote he revisited to confirm what we wanted and to make some added suggestions to improve the outcome being straight with us on what he couldn't do, and advised accurately on how long the job would take. His team were professional clearing up at the end of the day and checked with us at each stage any preferences. They didn't mind our questions and added some final touches we didn't expect. Having a team that did everything except electrics made for a smoother job. We are very pleased with the final outcome which, due to Pura was better than we expected.

Adam and the team did an amazing job with our shower upgrade - from help deciding on the best product, through to the care and attention given by Ben to the tiling and enclosure installation. At an early stage on the job, we decided to replaster some of the area revealed once the old tiles were removed. Adam sorted all that without fuss even though it meant re-jigging some of the project timings. Another noteworthy point is that they tidied up as they went along throughout the job and especially at the end.
