Not sure why the other reviews talk about the staff being rude and such - they've been nothing but helpful and efficient in my experience. It's a small post office, but it's got just about enough to meet anyone's postage needs.
I have to say I think they’re excellent. I have my parcels delivered there and they are everything I could ask for. Keep up the great work.
Appalling customer service from the lady. She appears very miserable and is very unhelpful and has no people skills. I won't be coming here anymore. All she needed to do was assist me in locating my QR code for a return to be processed but she couldn't be bothered. I went to the Post Office in the City Centre and the lovely lady helped me get it and it was done within 30 seconds. I understand I came 20 minutes before it closes but I don't believe this is a valid excuse to be unhelpful.
Came here to return a parcel since the old branch at Lendal closed down. Expected a particularly slow service but was surprised at how quick my parcel was handled. Could do with a little bit of reorganizing in terms of selecting the packaging on the shelves but can't complain much. Staff were nice and helpful too.
Been into this post office a number of times since moving to York. Staff are always friendly & helpful. They also allow me to bring in my well behaved dog which is really handy if I’ve got parcels to post. However, today they excelled themselves. Having made a mistake with a postcode when sending a passport record delivery they were able to correct my error. Thank you so much. I would thoroughly recommend using this branch.
