Mark recently effected Leadwork repairs to the bay window and front door of our Georgian townhouse where the lead had split and was letting in water. Mark gave various options and we chose the most suitable for the period of house. The repairs were effected in a professional and timely manner and within budget. I had a terrible experience with the owner of this company. He racially abused me and refused to pay the fare. Things got so serious that the police were involved (Ref: NYP-17112025-0006). While officers were speaking to him, his wife ran into my car asking for help — clearly frightened. This person was aggressive, violent, and completely unprofessional. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour. Avoid at all cost.

Mark replaced the lead work above our bay window and front door, the standard of his work is exceptional. Highly recommend for Victorian and Georgian properties in order to preserve the aesthetics as they were intended. We will always work with Mark and his team going forward that's for sure.
