George was great to work with. He was friendly, helpful and available to answer any questions that we might have. Great communication. He also sent regular photographs to show us the progress of the re-roofing work. His team were exceptionally hard-working and polite. They removed all rubbish at their end of the job and left the site clean and tidy. Our Canadian neighbour Ben had his roof repaired by RIX Roofing at the same time as us, as we share the same roof. Ben specialises in architectural renovation and with his expert professional eye, he said the following about the work carried out by RIX Roofing: “ Regarding the work, it looks excellent to me. I was a little concerned he might not be able to match replacement slate with the slates he recovered from our roofs, but he has blended it in very well and it looks great. We had George out to identify a water ingress problem on two houses we have. He came out quickly, identified it was both chimneys on the properties, quoted fairly to re-do all the flashing and carried out the work to a high standard with the minimum of fuss.
