Where do we start with Harry.... We were first introduced to Harry via a family friend whom told us about his services. Harry was very communicative and very professional on first contact. We bought our first home and we needed some advice and guidance with a few issues. Harry attended and gave us clear professional advice and guidance and was a pleasure to chat to. Harry returned a few weeks later to install chimney vents in our chimney breasts and was clean, on time told us along the way exactly what it would cost and how he would do it. He tidied the area where he worked and left the place clean and tidy. We then realised Harry was as good as we were told by our family friend and soon realised we had some more jobs he could undertake. Threw every step of communication we knew what was to be done, how much it would cost and no hidden charges, just total honesty. In the last 18 months Harry has attended our property on numerous occasions, recently for an emergency roof leak. We called and within 24 hours he was able to come access and give us a solution. Harry has put us vents in the chimney breasts, removed and rebuilt an external wall, rebuilt us a new fence with solid gravel boards and solid posts and panels, applied brick slips to make a wall that looked horrendous good and blend, fit a new gate, remove the chimney to a safe height and cap it off and this week replaced tiles, membrane and lead flashing on our roof. We would highly recommend Harry, he is professional, trust worthy and honest. His workmanship is commendable and he is a true professional. Thank you Harry.
