I've had a great experience with Ware & Kay solicitors. First time buyer here, did some research and went for a firm that was under the conveyancing quality scheme. Definitely did not disappoint. Great communication and on the ball with every step of the purchasing process which you won't get with online solicitors. Worth every penny. Had some last minute issues with the lender and seller’s solicitor and was not expecting to complete before the holidays. However, everything went through smoothly because the team was quick and had excellent coordination with those involved in the purchase. Shoutout to Catherine, Holly, Claire, Mana, and Ewan. This team did an amazing job! Mana coordinated with everyone during the last day of completion for the year and made everything run so smoothly despite unexpected last minute issues. Great work from everyone and I can't recommend them enough.

We have used Ware & Kay for many years covering powers of attorney, wills, probate and, most recently, the sale of a retirement flat. We have always found their service to be top quality.
