Heritage Collection Travel

We went to Vietnam for our honeymoon for 3 weeks. We came to Michael with a conundrum. We wanted to go somewhere exotic in June for our honeymoon but didn’t want to go anywhere in its monsoon season. He instantly suggested 3 amazing ideas including a central Vietnam tour that he knew was actually in its dry season when the rest of east Asia is in its wet due to the surrounding mountains! We effectively left the rest of the honeymoon plans to him and had an amazing time there. It was amazing to not have to worry about transport, cost, or having to plan/arrange anything ourselves while we were trying to enjoy ourselves. Would use Michael and Heritage Travel again.

Michael planned us the most perfect honeymoon, he was understanding of budget, specific timing constraints and ticked off everything we wanted. By going through Michael it meant we didn't have to think or worry about a thing, everything was so smooth - flights, transfers and hotel. We had an amazing two week trip to South Africa then onto Mauritius. Michael found us the perfect hotels with lots of perks. Really couldn't recommend enough and we will definitely be planning with Heritage travel again 😁

Outstanding service! Recently returned from New York all arranged by Michael at heritage and it was perfect! Everything from the hotel at Heathrow the night before to the taxi waiting for us at JFK! We stayed in a hotel highly recommended by heritage and we couldn't asked for a better place to stay. They even sent a little gift for our son for the flight which was wonderful. If your thinking about using them, I would 100% recommend you do!

So, we casually walked into Heritage Travel looking for advice about a holiday in South Africa. We met Michael who listened carefully to our interests and then he suggested a first draft for a truly wonderful experience. The first draft became our holiday. Michael chose warm, friendly and high end hotels. He suggested such a variety of places for us to visit as well as organising all the transfers and excursions. From the bustle of Cape Town, to the relaxing Hermanus, to the wine tasting in Franschhoek, the truly amazing visit to the game reserve and then a poignant and enlightening day in Johannesburg visiting Soweto. Flights were easy with Michael checking in for us and any questions we asked were answered promptly. Thank you Michael.

We were recommended Michael at Heritage Travel by friends of ours who had enjoyed a series of amazing holidays organised by him. It had been a long time since we’d been on holiday and didn’t really know what we wanted. After a meeting with Michael he put together a perfect holiday package for us to Mauritius. Along the way due to some issues with our original hotel, Michael got us an upgrade to an even better hotel which was a lovely surprise. We stayed in contact throughout the holiday (which was fabulous by the way) and Michael gave us the heads up that Emirates were offering amazing deals on upgrades for the flights home so we ended the most perfect holiday in some considerable style.
