Hi Kerry , sorry for not getting in touch earlier. Just wanted to thank you for helping us have a fabulous holiday in Thailand in May. Your input was a relief to us and our holiday was a huge success. We love The Pimalai on Koh Lanta but we’ve decided that this has to be our last time. The travelling all that way took its toll on both of us , so we’re sticking to the UK and the caravan from now on. If we decide to have a short trip abroad we’ll certainly call on your services again. Your service was first class and we would recommend your expertise and experiences second to none. As a new solo traveller in need of airport assistance Kerry of Savannah Travel was recommended to me. I have recently been to Majorca, which thank goodness Kerry sorted out for me. Unfortunately I had an accident on my 4th day there and ended up with a plaster cast up the back of my leg, bandaged from ankle to thigh and on crutches. Jet 2 and the hotel were not helpful and without the professional and efficient help from Kerry on the end of the phone I don't know what I would have done. She went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I got home early and safely, she was a star and I will be forever grateful. If you are looking for a tailor made holiday to suit you and your needs then I highly recommend Savannah Travel. I wanted a once in a lifetime solo trip to Canada for my 60th birthday and Kerry did not disappoint in the holiday she put together for me. I was away for three weeks and the thought and detail Kerry had put into the holiday, the destinations, the hotels, the travel arrangements could not been beaten.
