First-rate customer service. We have been very impressed with our customer experience since first contacting TUI four months ago - that's how long it has taken us to make up our minds about where we wanted to go on holiday! Throughout this time Kate has been very patient and helpful, nudging us with reminders and suggestions without ever being pushy, striking just the right balance. Highly recommended!

We. We're off reetes with a warm and friendly smile as we entered the shop and within minutes we was. At. Ease. Making our holiday destination with the help from Kate..she was happy and bubbly and she gave great. Advice concerning my partner who has limited mobility. Overall we had a fantastic experience.

Kate in the Parliament St Tui store was amazing from start to finish. I wouldn’t say my request was a straightforward one as it was for five of us with various flights. All the flight times were important to us as was the cost and Kate came up trumps on both aspects. We’ve regularly used this branch of Tui and again we were highly delighted with their service, knowledge and professionalism.
