Visted the TUI Vangarde York store today to book our summer holiday and had a fantastic experience. Natalie was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, making the whole process easy and enjoyable. Olivia, who is new to the team was shadowing, she also made a great impression and helpful with her input. Together they provided an excellent service, and we left feeling exited and confident about our holiday plans. Would highly recommend this branch for excellent customer service!

After trying to book a package holiday online, I ran into an unexpected error. Called them up and was put through to Katherine at the TUI York Vangarde store. Katherine was awesome! She quickly confirmed the issue and then sorted it all out for me right there on the phone . Katherine was able to book everything I wanted, gave me some handy hints and tips. More importantly, she turned a (what could have been a boring) phone call, on a cold Tuesday night, into a laugh and had me super excited for a holiday to celebrate a 10 year anniversary. Thanks so much for sorting it for us, you're the best TUI rep ive ever spoken with!

We called into the Holiday Store at the Vangarde Shopping Park today without realising we needed an appointment, no problem for Natalie she accommodated us anyway. she guided us through the process to get us the perfect getaway next year to celebrate a retirement. She was very knowledgeable showing us all our options, when we made our choice she was brilliant at explaining everything very clearly regarding what came next. She really was such a lovely person and so helpful. Thank you Natalie and see you soon.

Ellie was very welcoming when we walked into store to book a cruise for the first time. She was polite, helpful and provided all information needed and answered any questions that were asked. Nothing was too much trouble.

We wanted to book a holiday to the Canary Islands and popped into York Vangarde to see lovely Ellie. She was sooo helpful and made our holiday booking really easy. We just sat their and she did all the work, even adding excursions for us. First class service. Thank you Ellie 🌟
