ATS Euromaster York

Came into today(17/01/2026) York branch. Came for a puncture, ended up needing 2 new tyres as well. Branch was extremely busy but the staff did the best to accommodate me. I left a happy customer Thank you

Appalling customer service. Long waits to be acknowledged by anyone. Bookings lost, no attempt to prioritise customers who have booked and adhered to timings. I've sat here but just been told to take a seat I don't know what the hold up is. It's a company booking and I've told my boss that I won't come here ever again. He's agreed, he doesn't want to pay me to sit about either! Update, I've now been here another hour. I have had to go into the workshop to ask what is happening, no-one was going to tell me. There's been a communication issue with the lease company. If I was told that earlier I could have had a chance to sort it. It will now be another hour on top of the previous hour and a half I would have happily gone off for a coffee if I had been properly informed. All I've heard are constant moans about staffing levels from staff who appear to be doing very little 🥺. We all understand short staffing but we like to be given some indication of waiting times and reason for hold ups. Seriously ATS you need to send some of your staff on a customer care course.

Excellent service - tried some where else only to find they had gone out of business - couldn't think of any where and dropped in on ATS - lad who served me was polite and courteous said they where busy and could I come back at 14:30 - I did and left my car. Went shopping came back they were working on her and explained everything was a 1 & 1/2 in split! Advised on various tyres they had and was soon sorted - All explained and also itemized on 2xA4 sheets - would go back btw when I worked for a Army unit some 12 years ago we had tyres fitted by ATS and there was no probs then - if they are good enough for the Army should be good enough for civies 😉

There’s an older gentlemen that has an awful attitude. He changed the rear tyres and broke the clips so that the centre cap covers both fell off my car. I’m now at a loss, ATS won’t offer a refund but thanked me for bringing it to their attention. Wouldn’t recommend.

Friendly service throughout, tyres and alignment done as requested. First time using ats but I liked that they cleaned the wheels and didn’t leave all the gunk like other places do, it’s a little touch but was a nice one. Let me keep a couple of tyres too to recycle in my garden.
