Grant and the team are absolutely excellent. From the first phone call to speaking with them in person, they’re always friendly, polite, and genuinely professional. I’ve had a lot of work done here over time and every single time the prices have been very fair, the work done promptly, and to a high standard. As a woman, going to a garage can often feel intimidating, especially after past experiences of being patronised or worrying about being ripped off. Not once have Grant or any of the team made me feel like that. They’re honest, respectful, and take the time to explain things clearly without any pressure. I genuinely won't ever go to another garage if I can help it.

Came in for a puncture while on holiday and were more interested in tyring to get me to buy 4 new ones and spend over £300 when it only needed one tyre replacing. Less than four weeks after fitting the tyre the same tyre seemed to have a puncture so I rang up Kwik Fit who said they would get me into my closest Kwik Fit (Grimsby) and said would ring back to confirm appointment, but never did ring back. Took it to my local tyre shop and they found that the person who fitted the tyre did not sand down a small amount of corrosion on the wheel. They also did not apply soap solution. As a result this was causing deflation on the tyre. So this lack of care cost me £30 to put right at my local garage and whole lot of inconvenience.

if I could put zero stars i would. Our normal mechanic doesnt work weekends and needed our brakes replacing asap. They fitted new pads and discs (£450) few months down the line steering totally out, prior to taking it back for them to sort my mechanic looked , they had fitted the sliders on incorrectly and wedged the rubber in god knows how resulting in warped discs. Kwik fit replaced but told me if I was to bring it back again it wouldn't be covered which erm sorry do you not know what warranty is !! Your shoddy work regardless of parts!!. few weeks later brake lights on dash visit workshop excessive wear. off i go back to the garage for them to refuse to even look at my vehicle, Patronising, poor customer service like we didnt have a clue what we were talking about!!. blaming other things when I know full well everything else is spot on. we bought new alloys in that time too as maybe possible buckles but no pipes all fine fluid fine. I will be taking this futher I just want my money back happy to drop the shoddy parts in once changes elsewhere. I've owned both my vehicles for over 10 years. Extremely unprofessional and have caused me unnecessarily stress these are both working minibus taxis and safetly is absolutely paramount.

Unexpectedly had to take a long drive & booked my car in for Vehicle Safety Check.in preparation it.Grant & his team are so professional & very accommodating & friendly, considering they were so busy, with every bay full. I have had also had my MOT done at this Kwikfit in the past & again wonderful service,

Came to Kwik Fit on a Sunday at 3pm with a slow puncture on my tyre. I was warmly greeted by George who sorted everything for me, fitted my spare tyre on and put the one he replaced back under my truck. Really quick service and a genuinely nice bloke, deserves all the credit I can give. Would highly recommend if you have any issues with your tyres or car problems.
